All about habits and rhythms that create a faith-based, happy home, this very worthwhile read is packed with sound wisdom and inspiring ideas. The author is relatable and the writing is enjoyable. This is definitely one of the books that I marked up and have on my list to read again. I especially loved the emphasis on creating habits that foster spiritual growth in your family. In such a distracting world that is so focused on the wrong things, this book is a powerful reminder of the things that matter most.
Note: There is a section on media that I strongly disagree with, where the author talks about it being OK to have you and your kids watch media with inappropriate content and images because they can learn from it. I think kids and adults can learn all they need to learn while watching totally clean media. While I didn’t agree with this short section, I found the rest of the books spot-on!
