Charlotte Mason (1842–1923) was a British educator who wrote unique, profound books on education and parenting. She believed in educating the whole child, and her famous quote, “Education is an atmosphere, a discipline, and a life,” is at the core of her methods. This book is a selection of Mason’s writings about habit formation in children. I found a lot of helpful information in this book and found almost all of it inspiring and applicable to children today, even though it was written so long ago. It’s a short, but highly recommended read.
