Pollyanna

By Eleanor H. Porter
Level 8
Review:

Tragically orphaned but ever optimistic, Pollyanna changes an entire town when she goes to live with her rich, crabby aunt. This touching children’s classic is a beautiful book that every child should read. I believe the story can have a life-changing effect on those who read it as Pollyanna reminds us of the power of gratitude, optimism, compassion, and faith.
