Review:

This is a fun and adventurous story about siblings Michael and Merry Lamb, who are invited on a trip to the Swiss Alps with their uncle Tony. They learn about mountain climbing rules and techniques, but more importantly, they learn to have courage and help others, and they develop a stronger bond with each other. This book is full of interesting information about mountain climbing, beautiful description of the Swiss Alps, and heartwarming examples of kind and loving siblings. There are two more books in the series, but we have not read them yet: Iceland Adventure and American Haven. Please note that these are simplified versions of the books High Holiday, Climbing Higher, and Haven for the Brave, which are much harder to find and are a reading Level 8.
