Review:

A humble family is trying to save money for Christmas, so they buy a scrawny bird and plan to fatten it up for the holidays. However, it causes more problems than they anticipated. Neighbors complain, and finally Father decides it’s time to butcher the bird for Christmas dinner. But the children have now become attached to their new friend. Is it too late to save it?
