Adolphe was the only son of an instrument maker in Belgium. He was a curious boy, always setting out on a new adventure when he got bored, and he became an extraordinary inventor. After years of inventing new instruments to experiment on, Adolphe invented what he considered the most extraordinary masterpiece. Sadly, the judges at the Belgian National Exhibition had different opinions about his new contraption. But Adolphe did not give up! Come along with Adolphe as he introduced the world to the saxophone, a well-known instrument in the music world today!
