In The Treasure of the Lost Mine, by Gregory O. Smith, the five Wright cousins have arrived for the summer to help save their grandparents’ ranch. In between chores, they find plenty of adventure with runaway trains, a mystery, and the search for a hidden gold mine. This series is not of the highest literary value, but it is an enjoyable read that enables you to feel close family values and enjoy fast-paced fun.
