Based on a True Story, this book is a fascinating and very educational look into what life was like for Germans during World War II–especially Seventh Day Adventist Germans. Packed with messages about faith and miracles, this is the kind of story that really touches your soul and makes you think. The plot is very engaging. This book helps readers gain a deeper understanding of Seventh Day Adventist beliefs and practices. Parents should be aware that the book mentions but does not give descriptions of rape, killings, and suicide–thus, we have made it a Level 10 book.
