Akimbo visits his uncle’s snake park, learns about snakes, and has an adventure with his uncle as they
search for a green mamba snake. The writing is good, and the educational value is fantastic as readers
learn about life in Africa and snakes. I found only respectful behavior and no inappropriate content. A
scary experience with a deadly snake may upset very young or sensitive readers.
