All-of-a-Kind Family

Review:

This time-honored classic, published in 1951, follows the story of a Jewish family living in New York on
the brink of World War I. The charming, fun, and rich stories of this close-knit family teach about hard
work, love, respect, honesty, and obedience to parents in addition to giving insight into Jewish holidays
and the historical time period. All the books in this series are recommended (except the last book, Ella
Of All-of-A-Kind Family, which has attitudes I don’t like). The books go in this order: All-of-a-Kind
Family, All-of-a-Kind Family Downtown, More All-of-a-Kind Family, All-of-a-Kind Family Uptown
