When Clara’s family is deported to the ghetto and separated they must each learn how to survive. Clara eventually finds faith, peace, and even hope through a musical theatre production right there in the ghetto. Please note that this book would not be well suited for sensitive readers. Heavy topics include: genocide, death of a family member, war, and starvation.
