Review:

Donavan’s Word Jar by Monalisa DeGross is a fun book to read to learn new vocabulary! Donavan is a collector of words. He writes down interesting words he encounters and places them in a jar. When he runs out of space in his jar, he has to figure out what to do with the words he has collected!
This is a quick read that can really get kids excited about words. I also loved the family dynamic in the book. Donavan is a loving child who is very close with his family.
