Review:

One of my daughter’s personal favorites, this series of sweet books depicts wholesome family life in the Kentucky Hills in the early 1900s. An Amazon review fittingly states: “Makes you long for a more simple time, when reading and spending time with family was a priority.” Rebecca Caudill is a fantastic writer and tells these stories with a fresh, joyful spirit.
