Judy Heumann, along with many others, grew up hearing nothing but “no”. In the late 1970s that all changed; Judy and her fellow disability rights activists took a stand for themselves and their community. This is a beautiful story about courage, strength, and determination. It even includes a note from Judith Heumann.
