Give Me Liberty: The Uncompromising Statesmanship of Patrick Henry
My teenage children found this biography fascinating. Patrick Henry’s life is not only interesting but filled with inspiring life lessons. This book takes a decidedly religious approach to Henry’s life, focusing on his character and faith. This well-researched book features excellent writing that is compelling, clear, and easily understood. I think children ages 12 and older will be surprised at how interesting and inspiring they find this nonfiction book to be! This is very worthwhile reading.
