When Libby goes to stay with her aunt in Cape Cod one summer, Libby learns how to adjust to country living. As the official description reads, “The days were filled with birdsong, fierce blue skies, and picnics on the beach. Before the summer was over, she learned a spirit of independence.” Libby also learns lessons about courage, hard work, and friendship. I really enjoyed this book. It would probably be best enjoyed by girls. There are other Libby books by Catherine Woolley. I have only reviewed one other, which was great: Libby Looks for a Spy.
