Mystery in Old Quebec

Review:

Written in 1955, this is an example of a wonderful book that should still be in print. The writing is fantastic, and the story is engaging. Two siblings go with their loving father on a business trip to Quebec, and a mysterious adventure ensues. I liked the messages about friendship and kindness to animals. The children do withhold some information from their father, but they do so to try to help someone, and they do end up telling their father in the end. Overall, children should find this book fun and engaging.
