If you are looking for wholesome, fun books for your early reader, Precious Ramotswe Mysteries for Young Readers are a great alternative to the plethora of inappropriate books for children that are out there. The Precious Ramotswe Mysteries for Young Readers books feature great writing for the age level as well as characters that are respectful and good role models. The series also promotes positive behaviors such as kindness and honesty. In addition, readers will learn about culture in Africa. The series starts with The Great Cake Mystery, and then it does not matter in what order the books are read.
