Review:

This story is about a French Catholic priest who sails to North America to serve a mission among the Native American tribes in Quebec and the surrounding regions. He is eventually enslaved by an unfriendly tribe, escapes, makes his way back to France, and then returns to his mission only to be martyred. His story is fascinating and inspiring. I would love for my kids to read this one!
