I can’t recommend this book highly enough! Effectively weaving story vignettes with historical accounts, this book teaches about seven instances when God’s protective care saved America. The messages and information illustrated are so important to understand. This is the kind of book that not only makes history come alive, but it also gives deep meaning to history and connects learning to God and character. The writing is skillful and elevated, but it is written in a way so that even teenagers would enjoy this insightful book and find it entertaining. The content is appropriate and uses clean language.
