From the author of the classic The Secret Garden, comes a book of intrigue, honor, and adventure: The Lost Prince of Samavia. This book is lesser known, but all the middle school students I know who have read it have loved it and recommended it to others. The book features a lot of action but also exemplary writing as well as messages about bravery and patriotism. The original book was titled The Lost Prince, but is out of print. This version is slightly abridged but still retains the majority of the beautiful language.
