Review:

My 8-year-old daughter and I read this book together, and it was truly a delight. The writing is beautiful, the story is very engaging and inspiring, and the educational value is high. The book takes you to a small village high in the beautiful Swiss Alps where two children, Annette and Lucien, start out as enemies. But when tragedy strikes, they learn life-changing lessons about revenge, forgiveness, and love. I loved the plot and how faith in Christ was a main theme.
