Review:

Wild Outside by Les Stroud was a very interesting read about Survivorman Les Stroud and includes his tips on being prepared and what to do when you find yourself unprepared, using exciting stories from his own life. He also includes numerous facts about local wildlife he encounters during his adventures and activities that you can do at home, such as weather tracking, map-reading, and building a blind. This would be a great book for children who enjoy edge-of-your-seat real-life adventure stories, are interested in camping or nature, or are just curious about survival skills.
